Job :
Reporting to the Human Resources Department, your main mission will be:
Recruitment and Integration
- Develop, implement, and oversee FMPS's recruitment policy.
- Develop and implement suitable integration programs to help new employees settle in and adapt to FMPS's culture.
- Stay informed about job market trends and innovative recruitment practices.
- Prepare regular reports on the progress of recruitment projects and present them to management.
- Strengthen FMPS's employer brand by developing a strategy aligned with the Foundation's values, vision, and mission.
Internal Mobility and Promotion
- Design, implement, and manage the internal mobility and promotion strategy.
- Regularly adjust the mobility policy based on feedback from employees.
Career Management
- Develop and implement a career management policy aligned with FMPS's overall strategy.
- Anticipate employees' career development in the medium and long term through workforce planning.
- Develop and manage career management processes (annual reviews, career assessments, etc.).
- Define and manage, in coordination with the Moroccan Center for Training in Early Childhood Professions, training plans that match job needs and market changes;
- Create or update key HR tools: job frameworks, job mapping, skills frameworks, job descriptions, role definitions.
Skills Assessment
- Prepare, implement, and monitor the annual assessment process.
- Design and deploy suitable skills assessment tools (forms, tests, etc.).
- Communicate assessment results and analyze them.
- Ensure transparency and fairness in the assessment process for internal recruitment, or implement an alternative system if necessary.
HR Reporting and Monitoring
- Monitor HR and social indicators (social report, age pyramid, turnover rate, organizational charts, absenteeism, etc.).
- Monitor new HR development practices and trends.
- Ensure the development and execution of projects and action plans within its scope and report on them.
The HR Development Manager may be asked to perform tasks other than those mentioned above.
Required profile :
- Hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent in Human Resources Management.
- Have at least five (5) years of successful experience in a similar role.
- Proficient with HR management tools (HRIS).
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
