Role Overview
As a QA professional, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of all user management features across the platform. Your focus will include thorough testing of authentication and authorization flows, user profiles, account management, billing, and subscription functionalities to ensure a seamless and secure user experience.
You will play a key role in defining, maintaining, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases, supporting both ongoing feature enhancements and platform stability. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliveries aligned with best QA practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Test authentication and authorization flows to ensure security and correctness
- Validate user profile and account management features
- Test billing and subscription functionalities for accuracy and reliability
- Define, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and test cases
- Perform in-depth manual testing and contribute to test automation efforts
- Identify, document, and clearly communicate defects and improvement areas
- Work closely with development and product teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of proven experience as a QA professional
- Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals and QA best practices
- Deep knowledge of authentication, authorization, and billing domains
- Strong manual testing expertise, including test case design and execution
- Experience with test automation tools such as Cypress, Jest, and FastAPI or Uvicorn
- High attention to detail, including UX, UI, and wording validation
- Clear communication skills and strong collaboration abilities
