Job :

  • Define and implement the HR policy in line with general management.

  • Supervise staff administration (contracts, payroll, administrative files, legal compliance).

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.

  • Develop and monitor training and skills development plans.

  • Support managers in team management and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Ensure legal and social monitoring.


Required profile :

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources Management, Social Law, or equivalent.

  • Successful experience of at least 5 years in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in social legislation and HR tools.

  • Strong communication skills, good listening skills, and ability to unite people.

  • Leadership, rigor, and results-oriented approach.
