Job :
Reporting to the operations director, your main tasks are:
Apply operational processes for your activity
Monitor production indicators
Plan, organize, and manage your team's activity
Set individual objectives for your team members
Ensure daily proximity management
Organize and lead meetings
Manage your team's skills and help them grow
Ensure customer satisfaction
Lead your team respecting practices (Client and Internal)
Measure and track Activity reports
Set up all dashboards to track your activity and service level
Ensure the smooth flow of information to and from your domain (employees, management, clients, etc....)
The Team Manager is responsible for various aspects of managing your resources (scheduling, evaluation, training, leave management, governance, dispute resolution, etc....), in coordination with their management and the HR Department.
Additional tasks may be assigned to you occasionally by your Management.
Required profile :
You have a Master's degree (bac+5) in IT or equivalent, and three years of experience in a similar role in a technical environment.
You speak French, English, and Spanish perfectly.
You have the following skills:

Complete technical skills
Ability to plan your tasks and manage priorities
Ability to unite a team and get them involved in projects
Good analytical and evaluation skills: ability to transcribe and explain technical issues in a database and weekly reports
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft products, especially office tools (Word; Excel; PowerPoint)
