Job :


  • Define and implement the company's commercial strategy


  • Manage, support, and motivate the sales team


  • Identify new growth opportunities (new markets, clients, partnerships)


  • Track performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure objectives are met


  • Negotiate major contracts with key clients


  • Collaborate closely with finance and risk departments.




Required profile :


  • Higher education in sales, marketing, or equivalent


  • Successful experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or sales sector,


  • Excellent leadership skills and strong negotiation abilities


  • Results-oriented and performance-driven


  • Proficiency in CRM tools and good understanding of sales techniques.
