We are recruiting a Market Store Manager
Your main mission:
Ensure the commercial development and efficient operation of the store to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of set economic objectives.
Your key responsibilities:
Develop and retain store customers;
Manage the commercial life of the point of sale and implement local marketing operations;
Ensure good management of goods (stocks, supplies, inventories);
Manage, motivate, and develop your team;
Ensure optimal management of store assets;
Drive economic and operational performance by monitoring key indicators.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in commerce, management, or equivalent;
Proven experience of over 8 years in modern retail, including at least 3 years in managing a profit center;
Excellent negotiation, performance management, and team management skills;
Ability to maintain relationships with local authorities;
Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach.
