Job :
The administrative assistant helps ensure the company meets its obligations to employees and third parties. They ensure that the tasks assigned to them are carried out in accordance with the directives given.
The main tasks to be performed are as follows:
- Provide in-person and telephone reception
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare and manage administrative documents
- Draw up employment contracts and manage employee administrative files
- Track medical visits
- Supervise staff transport (planning, claims, billing)
- Organize health care reimbursement files
Required profile :
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
1) Have a minimum educational level of a 2-year degree (Bac+2) in management or secretarial studies, or equivalent experience.
2) Have a good level of French, both written and spoken.
