Join a leading company in the Pharma / Health sector. In this key role of HR Transformation Project Manager, you will be at the heart of initiatives to modernize and optimize our HR processes.

Your main mission will be to lead strategic transformation projects to improve the operational efficiency of HR functions and support the company's development.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading HR transformation projects.


• Conducting HR digitalization projects.


• Analyzing the current situation, identifying improvement areas, and building transformation roadmaps.


• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders (HR, IT, Managers...).


• Supporting change management: communication, training, team buy-in.


• Monitoring performance indicators, budgets, deadlines, and risks.


• Producing project management and reporting deliverables for management.

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources Management or Management.


• Strong experience in managing HR transformation projects.


• Good understanding of HR challenges, processes, and ideally HRIS tools.


• Solid skills in project management, change management, and workshop facilitation.


• Excellent analytical, structuring, and communication skills.


• Autonomy, team spirit, results-oriented.
