Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and monitoring provisional budgets in collaboration with various stakeholders.


• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data related to project and operational costs.


• Identifying budget deviations and proposing optimization measures.


• Preparing detailed reports on cost performance for management and project managers.


• Participating in the improvement of cost management tools and methods.


• Monitoring the compliance of expenses with internal policies and set objectives.


• Leading cost review meetings with operational teams to discuss performance and action plans.

You will work closely with the Purchasing, Finance, and Project Management teams to ensure a comprehensive and coherent understanding of financial issues.

About the position:

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Cost Performance Coordinator responsible for monitoring, consolidating, and analyzing costs within internal projects. You will play a central role in economic performance and mastering financial indicators.

The job responsibilities:

Consolidate and update cost data associated with projects.
Analyze discrepancies, identify sources of variation, and propose optimization avenues.
Coordinate exchanges with various internal stakeholders.
Prepare and present cost reports at each project phase.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring and analysis processes.

Your profile:

Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering (automotive, industrial, or equivalent). 
Experience: Junior – 1 to 3 years of experience in cost monitoring, data management, or project management. 
Proficiency in Excel, good analytical skills, and rigor.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Bonus: Basic knowledge of data visualization, VBA, or Python.
