Job :

Reporting to the IT Department, the main tasks of an AI Manager are:
- Implementing and executing the "FMPS Agentic" Strategy;
- Selecting and recommending benchmark AI tools for all business departments;
- Supporting IT and business teams in choosing and adopting AI tools;
- Organizational Architecture and IT Convergence (ERP 2.0): Long-Term Vision;
- AI / ERP Convergence, Innovation Life Cycle;
- Governance, Ethics, and Sovereignty: Governance Framework, Risk Management;
- Monitoring and Anticipation.
 




Required profile :

- Holder of an engineering degree (Bac+5) in computer science, data science, or a related field;
- With at least five (5) years of confirmed experience in workflow automation, digital solution development, and complex data-oriented project management;
- Possessing strong expertise in deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions or automation solutions, as well as proven experience in managing technical and cross-functional teams.
