Job Details

Job :

  • Welcome and assist clients (in person, by phone, by email)

  • Identify needs and propose suitable solutions

  • Manage client files (follow-up, reminders, updates)

  • Provide quality after-sales service

  • Participate in sales activities and the promotion of services/products

  • Collaborate with other internal departments to respond effectively to requests




Required profile :

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in commerce, management, or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in French and Arabic

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

  • Ability to manage stress and priorities

  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, CRM, etc.)
