Job :
Manpower is looking for one of its clients a Maintenance Manager to oversee and ensure the performance of the Maintenance Management unit according to defined objectives and KPIs, while optimizing human and material resources and ensuring the implementation of maintenance standards and processes.
Main missions:
• Manage and supervise the Maintenance Management unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Design and manage initiatives related to maintenance management.
• Be responsible for standards, governance, and processes within the area of responsibility.
• Define and manage budgets for the development of maintenance-related activities.
• Manage and supervise several organizational units within Maintenance Management.
• Propose and implement measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal development.
• Be functionally responsible for Maintenance Management at the plant level.
• Ensure the standardized approach and implementation of LTPM, maintenance processes, and systems, including preventive, predictive, and unplanned maintenance of production equipment and infrastructure equipment.
• Ensure the installation and relocation of equipment as well as the requalification of equipment and tools.
• Ensure the maintenance of utilities: air conditioning, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, lighting, etc., internally or by external providers according to requirements and standards.
• Ensure the maintenance of fire fighting and prevention equipment.
• Ensure the maintenance of video surveillance systems.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve the performance of processes and support the reduction of spare and wear parts inventory.
Required profile :
• Diploma: Engineer.
• Field of study: Mechanical.
• Experience: 7 years of experience in the automotive industry, in a management position.
• Languages: French and English mandatory.
• Soft skills: Communication, Social and intercultural sensitivity, Change management, Results and objective orientation, Motivation and resilience, Self-organization, Conflict management, Teamwork.
• Professional skills: Mastery of Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri, and continuous improvement techniques.
