Job :
Manpower is looking for one of its clients a Shift Leader to supervise and guarantee the performance of the shift unit according to defined objectives and KPIs, while optimizing human and material resources and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
Main missions:
• Manage and supervise the shift unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify potential for improvement in the area of responsibility, provide advice, and contribute to improving service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with standards, governance, and process execution.
• Supervise direct employees under their responsibility.
• Plan the regular activity of the team to cover all steps and respond to all received requests.
• Define objectives, tasks, and responsibilities of team members, provide clear instructions, and monitor performance evaluation.
• Identify training and development needs of direct employees, monitor their professional development, and assist them in using new knowledge acquired.
• Propose and implement measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal development.
• Assume functional responsibility for the shift at the workstation level.
Required profile :
• Diploma: Bachelor's degree (BAC+3).
• Field of study: Mechanical / Production / Engineering.
• Experience: 4 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Social skills: Communication, Social and intercultural sensitivity, Change management, Results and objectives orientation, Motivation and resilience, Self-organization, Conflict management, Teamwork.
• Professional skills: Mastery of Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri, and continuous improvement techniques.
