Presentation of the team, the position, and the tasks:




We are looking for IT support technicians level 1 who are eager to challenge themselves and grow in a young and dynamic team, working in a modern technological environment. In this context, you will be fully involved in operations:





  • Receive and qualify customer requests via a ticketing tool.

  • Handle support requests, technical incidents, or malfunctions reported by monitoring at level 1 and escalate to level 2 if necessary;

  • Assist internal and external users in using IT tools;

  • Ensure the administration of access and rights to tools and applications;

  • Write and update operating procedures and feed the IT support knowledge base;

  • Ensure daily supervision at your level;

  • Participate in infrastructure evolution and public cloud projects;

  • Participate in maintaining and improving the security and maturity levels of the operating infrastructure within the framework of ISO27001 certification.


You will be trained in our methodologies and will have the opportunity to work within multidisciplinary teams.








Required profile :


Your profile





  • A graduate of higher education (Bac +2 minimum), you ideally have 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • You wish to grow in a start-up mode within a large group.

  • You are autonomous and able to work in a team.

  • You have a good command of spoken and written English and French.



Desired skills and knowledge:





  • Active Directory administration and management of accounts and access

  • Creation/deletion of VMs, modification of VM resources, Patch updates...

  • Systems administration: Linux Debian/Ubuntu and Windows Server

  • Services & Networks: DNS, AD/LDAP, VPN, Routing

  • Monitoring: Zabbix



Would be a plus:





  • Server: Apache, Ngnix

  • DBMS: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MSSQL

  • Scripting: Bash and Python

  • Cloud AWS and/or Azure and/or GCP

  • Gitlab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, and certification on the AWS and/or Azure platform.
