Context & challenges of the mission
As part of strengthening Data Quality Governance (QOD) within the DCI, we are looking for an engineer capable of monitoring, ensuring the reliability of, and adding value to QOD indicators for senior management.
You will be involved in the heart of data & telecom challenges, with a key role in supervising data quality, reporting it for decision-making, and continuously improving QOD practices.
Your main tasks
- Maintain and develop Python scripts for aggregating and merging data from multiple sources
- Manage code on GIT and ensure its operation via VM
- Design, maintain, and develop Data Quality (QOD) indicators
- Implement an automated alerting system (thresholds, anomalies, trend breaks)
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and consistency of indicators on a daily basis
- Document scripts, flows, and calculation rules to ensure the sustainability of processing
- Develop and enhance Power BI reports for top management
- Propose new QOD metrics and areas for continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with QOD managers and support business units in best practices
- Develop a good understanding of Telecom (Radio & Transmission) challenges
Required profile :
- Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in data, IT, or telecom
- Very comfortable with Python (scripts, maintenance, automation)
- Good command of Power BI for creating indicators and dashboards
- Solid knowledge of SQL and managing multiple data sources
- Aware of Data Quality / Data Governance challenges
- Rigorous, analytical, with good synthesis skills
- Able to interact with cross-functional teams and clearly report to management
- Curious about the Telecom (Radio & Transmission) field and proactive
