Job :

Reporting to the Industry Division, your main mission will be to ensure site maintenance, management of consumable stocks and the vehicle fleet, availability of equipment, and site upkeep in accordance with standards.




In this capacity, your main activities will include:





Ensure the management and supply of material and consumable stocks:





  • Ensure compliance with supply procedures;

  • Monitor the consumption of the budget relating to materials and consumables;

  • Participate in collecting needs for consumables and materials for breeding and artificial insemination. (In collaboration with the reproduction and breeding manager) by ensuring safety stock;

  • Establish dashboards and KPIs to optimize consumption;

  • Ensure the storage conditions of each product in compliance with standards.



Ensure technical maintenance of equipment:





  • Establish a permanent control plan for the stud farm's equipment to ensure its availability and plan actions in case of breakdown or unavailability;

  • Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment to monitor the condition of parts and plan interventions within a reasonable timeframe;

  • Ensure corrective maintenance of equipment in case of breakdown to guarantee permanent availability by optimizing external intervention costs;

  • Ensure the supply of spare parts and components;

  • Ensure the monitoring and control of equipment and the management of fixed assets within its scope.



Ensure the management of general services (FM):





  • Site HSE representative, ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental standards;

  • Prepare HSE reports and monitor workplace accidents;

  • Control energy costs in line with water and electricity needs;

  • Supervise the team of specialized technicians during interventions;

  • Develop and monitor the budget related to general services;

  • Ensure the functionality and the internal and external image of the stud farm buildings and recommend interventions if necessary (painting, sanitation, etc.);

  • Supervise gardening and security services;

  • Liaise with external service providers and event organizers, ensuring preparations are made for events held at the STUD FARM;

  • Establish a schedule for the use of vehicles assigned to the stud farm, ensuring optimal use in consultation with the central FM entity;

  • Manage unforeseen events by ensuring fleet availability and managing priorities;

  • Establish a maintenance schedule for vehicles assigned to the stud farm and ensure deadlines are met.



Ensure the management of the Equestrian arenas, paddocks, and manure:





  • Manage maintenance teams;

  • Establish maintenance schedules for arenas and paddocks;

  • Establish maintenance schedules for equipment;

  • Establish schedules for the use of arenas and paddocks in consultation with users and ensure they are followed;

  • Monitor the execution of maintenance schedules;

  • Contribute to identifying material needs for maintenance;

  • Contribute to the development of procedures for manure management and ensure their implementation;

  • Provide weekly and monthly activity reports.


Required profile :

As a potential candidate, you:





  • Have a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical maintenance with a minimum of 5 years of experience in site management or a Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical maintenance with 2 to 3 years of minimum experience in site management;

  • Are able to plan and organize activities;

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance;

  • Have strong skills in procurement and logistics;

  • Exhibit ethical behavior;

  • Are compliant and rigorous;

  • Have team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
