GENERAL MISSION

Provide first aid and manage emergencies for students and staff, contribute to health monitoring within the training center, and participate in health, hygiene, and prevention awareness activities.

MAIN MISSIONS

• Provide immediate care and respond to emergencies for students and staff;

• Administer routine and first aid care: dressings, injections, etc.;

• Contribute to the health monitoring of students, especially those requiring special attention;

• Organize periodic medical examinations for staff members;

• Organize medical check-ups when necessary;

• Stabilize patients if needed and coordinate their transfer to contracted healthcare facilities;

• Ensure the daily maintenance of medical equipment (cleaning, sterilization) and keep the first aid kit ready for use;

• Participate in awareness and prevention activities concerning hygiene, health, and communicable diseases;

• Manage the stock of medicines and first aid equipment, check expiry dates, and place necessary orders;

• Participate in health and hygiene projects, in coordination with the center's pedagogical and educational teams;

• Follow up and file medical records of students and staff.

PROFILE

• Hold a diploma as a general nurse (Bac+3);

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency and first aid care;

• Ability to manage stress and act quickly in emergencies.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in medical procedures necessary for first aid;

• Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations;

• Establish or take into account a nursing diagnosis;

• Prepare and lead a training or awareness session;

• Organizational skills and rigor in managing medication stocks;

• Proficiency in office tools for documenting care and tracking reports.
