Main mission
Your mission is simple and measurable: treat qualified inbound leads (social media, forms, WhatsApp, CRM) and convert them into closing appointments for the sales team.
No cold prospecting.
You qualify, you discuss, you convince, you book.
Your responsibilities
• Contact leads quickly (messages / calls according to process)
• Qualify the need, budget, and motivation
• Handle simple objections
• Schedule qualified appointments in the closers' calendars
• Update the CRM (statuses, notes, follow-ups)
• Follow a clear script and process (provided)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Required profile :
Profile sought
• Comfortable speaking and writing (French mandatory)
• Good business sense, results-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Instagram, CRM, Google Calendar
• Organized, responsive, autonomous
• Experience in setting / sales / call center = big plus
• Stable internet connection + quiet environment
Must be equipped with a Laptop and have a dedicated workspace (100% Remote Work)
