Job :
We are looking for a transport planner to plan, track, and supervise national and international transport operations.
Missions:
Plan journeys on different information systems;
Prepare and check customs and transport documents.
Manage relationships with all stakeholders in the operations process.
Ensure operations comply with international regulations.
Track payments and invoices related to transactions.
Resolve logistics problems and customer complaints.
Keep databases and files related to operations up to date.
Train and empower the driver team on instructions and procedures to follow for each client;
Analyze performance and propose areas for improvement;

Required profile :
Profile: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) and above
Degree in logistics or related field
Experience: 3 years minimum
Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally
