Job :
We are looking for an After-Sales Service Manager to join our International Nursery subsidiary.
The position is based near the city of Agadir.
You will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to customers, managing after-sales service cases, handling complaints, and contributing to the continuous improvement of products and services in coordination with the technical, sales, and logistics teams.
- Your responsibilities
• Provide on-site technical support to customers.
• Manage after-sales service cases: scheduling visits, writing technical reports, monitoring interventions.
• Handle customer complaints with responsiveness and professionalism.
• Provide technical support to the sales department.
• Participate in commercial prospecting.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve product and service quality.
Required profile :
• Education: Technician or Engineer
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a nursery, vegetable production, or sales role
• Driver's License (Class B): Required
