Sales Analyst


We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team for a position based in Casablanca.



As a Sales Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s sales strategies by providing insightful data analysis and reports that influence key business decisions.


Poistion:



As a Sales Analyst, you will: 




  • Work jointly with Strategic Insights and Sales teams to conduct survey, censed and segment POS based on their potential to redifine coverage strategy and POS services packages to unleash POS full potential and efficient distribution cost. Generate RTM Dashboards to facilitate decision taking and reajust RTM model when needed.

  • Use RTM reports to track/monitor and ensure that RTM Execution guidelines fulfillment, alignment and execution has been implemented as designed and is improved over time.

  • Support cluster transition into new model of Forecasting and planning while leading RTM projects to assess and define optimal RTM model to support portfolio growth and profitability

  • Design and implement effective commercial planning to anticipate potential challenges, allocate resources efficiently, and stay competitive in the market.

  • Oversee financial planning and budgeting, ensuring that commercial activities are aligned with financial goals. One of the key responsibilities will be to track the TLP budget and annual forecast, providing monthly and quarterly activity reports.

  • Provide the management with regular reports on Sales & Trade Marketing activities.


Requirements:




  • A bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, market research, or a related field. A master’s degree can be advantageous.

  • Minimum experience of 3 years as Sales Analyst in FMCG or market research company.

  • A second language (fluent/advanced english) is mandatory.French/Arabic will be an advantage

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market data, performance metrics, and channel effectiveness to make smart decisions.

  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to collaborate with internal teams or distributors to implement RTM projects.

  • Project Management: Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

  • Attention to Detail: Precision in data analysis and reporting to ensure accuracy.
