Job :
The Warranty Supervisor is responsible for validating the administrative warranty files received from CAC and the network.
- He (she) is responsible for analyzing diagnostic protocols and performing tests before confirming the warranty.
- He (she) must implement actions related to internal/external customer satisfaction.
- He (she) must monitor warranty activity and the performance indicators of CAC and the network.
- He (she) collaborates with the manufacturer, insurance, and dealerships to anticipate warranty incidents and propose appropriate actions;
- He (she) must ensure compliance with the repair technical documentation by the dealerships.
- He (she) must put the customer at the center of his/her actions.
- He (she) must ensure compliance with brand standards and internal procedures.
Required profile :
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in automotive / mechanics
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (after-sales service or warranty administration)
- Knowledge of mechanics, automotive diagnostics
