As part of strengthening its After-Sales Service team, our client, a major player in the automotive sector, is looking for an After-Sales Service Advisor.
Missions:
- Welcome customers by phone
- Receive vehicles and open repair orders
- Evaluate the interventions to be carried out
- Track the progress of work and deadlines
- Propose and validate quotes
- Ensure parts follow-up
- Check and return vehicles after repair
- Explain and process invoices
- Inform customers about the status and maintenance of their vehicle
- Carry out customer follow-ups
- Collaborate with the sales department for fleet follow-up
Required profile :
- Diploma Bac +2 / Bac +3 in commerce, sales, or equivalent field.
- Experience desired in a similar automotive after-sales position
- Good customer service skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized, rigorous, and able to manage multiple cases
- Comfortable with computer tools and planning software
- Team spirit and good communication skills
- Dynamic, involved, and customer satisfaction oriented
