Job :
To strengthen its customer relations center, Bank Assafa is recruiting Call Center Agents, whose mission will be:
- Receiving and making calls,
- Handling our clients' requests,
- Advising, assisting, informing clients and providing them with solutions related to their needs,
- Telephone prospecting.
Required profile :
- Holding a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a university, business school, or other (BAC+3);
- Perfect command of French, both spoken and written;
- Good listening and analytical skills;
- Good knowledge of banking products and services, especially participatory products.
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to adapt and learn;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage stress.
