Job :
- Provide support to project owners during the framing and design of a project.
- Manage the bank's various projects (process redesign, implementation of a new product, implementation of new regulations, organization of an entity, implementation of a new tool/system, etc.)
- Provide functional support to the bank's entities for writing needs statements, specifications, and during acceptance/testing before deployment.
- Manage change for the various projects.
- Write circulars, procedures, tool guides, FAQs, user guides, and training materials.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac +5), engineering degree, or business school degree.
- You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in organization and project ownership support in the banking sector.
