With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.<o:p></o:p><o:p></o:p></p>About the role<p><p class="TableText"><span lang="EN-US">The ‘EPC Catalog Product Owner’ is responsible for ensuring the Next-Gen EPC catalog correctly and accurately manages the definition, structure and associated attributes of the Next-Gen products, to enable the digital ordering journey to deliver the required quality of customer journey.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="TableText"><span lang="EN-US">This role is responsible for defining the data structure of the catalog (in keeping with TMF standards) and its functional capabilities.<o:p></o:p></span></p>Next-Gen catalog accuracy:</p>•Ensure products / offers from business line(s) are correctly modelled & reflected in EPC Catalog, and enriched with centrally managed data including hierarchy model and marketing / finance code assignments.<br>•Manage catalog population process to maximise quality of content.<br>•Work with DQ team to define, execute, monitor & remediate EPC data quality.</p>Catalog capability:</p>•Work with community of business stakeholders to manage and prioritise the functional roadmap for EPC, and liaise with IT teams and EPC vendor to deliver.</p></p>Qualifications & experience<br>EducationBachelor’s degree in telecommunications, information technology, engineering, business or related field.</p>Experience3 – 5 years in telecom product management in roles such as product manager, product owner, epic owner and catalogue manager.</p>Industry knowledge<br>Strong understanding of telecom B2B products such as connectivity, cloud, IoT.<br>Experienced in TM Forum framework, particularly SID.<br>Hands-on knowledge and familiarity with SAFe and/or Agile delivery environments.<br>Awareness of sales order process such as lead to cash.<br></p>key skills & competencies<br>•Ability to translate complex product concepts into actionable items.<br>•Excellent communication and stakeholder management.<br>•Attention to detail to ensure product integrity and consistency.<br>•Exceptional co-ordination skills to bring relevant parties to the table.<br>•Knowledge of product lifecycle management process and governance.<br>•Capable of generating consensus amid competing priorities.<br>•Tools: Office 365, Visio, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, catalogue/CPQ platforms.<br></p></p></p></p></p>About you<p>-</p></p></p></p>
