Job :
We are recruiting for one of our clients, a dynamic player in the agri-food sector, a Sales Outlet Manager to supervise and develop several sales outlets specializing in ice cream, cookies, pastries, and other treats.
Your tasks:
- Supervise the daily operations of the sales outlets: preparation of ice cream, cookies, toppings, sauces, pastries...
- Manage, train, and motivate production and sales teams to ensure performance and cohesion
- Ensure product and service quality while respecting HACCP and food safety standards
- Organize the routes and locations of the sales outlets to maximize foot traffic and sales
- Monitor commercial objectives: turnover, margins, promotions
- Manage stocks, supplies, and equipment for the mobile sales outlets
- Guarantee customer satisfaction and handle any complaints
- Participate in the development of new products suitable for the mobile format
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/4) in commerce, catering, hotel management, or equivalent
- Experience in sales outlet management or catering, ideally in a mobile environment
- Organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage multiple teams and sites
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Passion for gastronomy and customer service
