Job :
As part of strengthening our team, we are recruiting a Production Manager whose main tasks will be to:
- Ensure products comply with quality and technical requirements
- Manage production planning
- Organize and optimize production lines
- Manage the supply of workstations
- Assign and supervise direct labor
- Carry out the checks provided for in the processes
- Ensure the identification and traceability of products
- Coordinate technical teams to achieve performance objectives in terms of efficiency, quality, and OEE
- Ensure the application of standards and good industrial practices on site
Production Process Management:
- Define the characteristics and scope of the process
- Communicate and monitor associated objectives
- Plan and budget the necessary resources
- Monitor performance indicators
- Carry out reviews and propose continuous improvement actions
Required profile :
- You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) or an equivalent degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- You have confirmed experience of 10 to 15 years in production management and planning, ideally in the automotive and metallurgy sectors
- You have mastered quality system techniques, project management, and continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, TPM)
- You have good experience in an ISO / IATF 16949 certified environment
- You have mastered ERP systems (SAP, Sage X3, or equivalent)
- Languages: French and English
- Computer skills: Good command of Word and Excel
- With good interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork and demonstrate rigor and autonomy.
