Job :
As part of strengthening our team, we are recruiting a maintenance manager who will be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating, and developing the skills of the maintenance team;
- Restructuring the maintenance department;
- Defining and implementing the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule;
- Supervising maintenance operations in compliance with deadlines and quality standards;
- Ensuring optimal machine availability to ensure production continuity;
- Managing the "Maintenance" process:
- Defining its characteristics and objectives.
- Budgeting the necessary resources (human, material).
- Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators.
- Producing reports and implementing continuous improvement actions.
- Participating in updating the maintenance dashboard and monitoring KPIs.
- Leading process improvement projects.
Required profile :
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) or an engineering degree in electromechanics, automation, industrial engineering, industrial management, or an equivalent technical field. ;
- You have at least 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar role in the automotive industrial environment;
- You have mastered the techniques of mechanics, electricity, automation, and hydraulics;
- You have mastered quality tools applied to maintenance (FMEA, TPM...).
- You have a good level of French and English, and are comfortable with office tools;
- With good interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork and know how to be rigorous and autonomous.
