Job :

  • Supervise and process all orders placed on the e-commerce site.

  • Ensure the smooth running of all steps: validation, preparation, shipping, and delivery.

  • Contact customers to inform them of their order status, confirm details, and provide personalized follow-up until delivery.

  • Identify and resolve any issues (delays, preparation errors) in coordination with carriers and the logistics department.

  • Handle returns and complaints related to online orders with empathy and efficiency.

  • Provide regular reporting on performance indicators (delivery rate, customer satisfaction, incidents).



Required profile :

  • Bac+2/3 level education in logistics, commerce, or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in order tracking, ideally in an e-commerce or retail setting, is a significant plus.

  • Essential qualities: Extreme rigor, strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills (written and phone).

  • Reactivity and ability to handle unforeseen events calmly.

  • Appreciation for products in the retail sector is valued.
