Job :
We are hiring "B2C Sales Representatives" for a large Moroccan Group, a leader in its market, to strengthen its field sales teams in several cities across Morocco.
Mission:
Reporting to the Regional Management, you will be responsible for selling and promoting offers and services while actively developing the customer portfolio through prospecting and loyalty actions.
Responsibilities:
• Sell offers and services
• Achieve set sales targets
• Conduct telephone and door-to-door prospecting actions
• Welcome customers in the agency and provide personalized advice
• Handle complaints and ensure follow-up of customer files
• Ensure customer retention
• Comply with reception standards and waiting times
• Participate in commercial and promotional campaigns
• Report field information for offer improvement
