We are hiring "Client Account Managers" for a major Moroccan Group, a leader in its market, as part of strengthening its field sales teams.
Mission:
Reporting to the Regional Directorate, you will be responsible for the administrative and operational management of business clients. You will ensure order entry, handle complaints, and provide quality customer service to strengthen satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
• Enter, validate, and track customer orders
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data
• Verify contractual information and ensure rigorous follow-up of each file
• Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints
• Welcome, advise, and support clients in the agency
• Inform clients about offers, promotions, and new products
• Actively participate in retention actions to consolidate the portfolio
• Report relevant information to the sales force
Required Skills:
• Mastery of IT tools and commercial information systems
• High level of rigor, organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple files simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Strong customer service orientation
• Analytical skills and ability to make suggestions
Required profile :
Profile sought:
• Age: 30 years maximum
• Education: Bac+2/3 in management, commerce, administration, or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in commercial or administrative support, ideally in the telecom or IT services sector
