Job :
We are looking for a qualified precast concrete engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of the design, manufacturing, and installation processes of precast concrete. Their role will involve collaborating with architects, contractors, and other engineers to successfully complete the company's projects.
If there is no experience in the precast field, the candidate must have proven experience in managing civil engineering structural work sites within a leading construction company. They must possess solid knowledge in the field of reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pouring.
Main responsibilities:
Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Design (or participate in the design) of precast concrete elements and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Collaborate with project teams to develop efficient and cost-effective solutions for precast concrete applications.
Perform structural analyses and feasibility studies for precast concrete components.
Review and approve shop drawings and production schedules.
Supervise the manufacturing process of precast elements, ensuring quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
Provide necessary technical support during the on-site installation of precast elements.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, codes, and best practices related to precast concrete engineering.

Required profile :
Qualifications:
A degree from a Top Engineering School in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in managing structural work sites
Experience in the design and engineering of precast concrete, such as precast concrete manufacturing processes.
Desired skills:
Proficiency in CAD software and structural analysis tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000).
Solid knowledge of building codes and standards related to precast concrete.
Proven problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Interpersonal skills and proven ability in communication and teamwork.
