Job :

Within the Human Resources department, your main role is to support managers and employees in the field, within a defined scope, to advise them, explain and give meaning to HR decisions and processes while ensuring their operational implementation.
The position reports functionally to the HR Director.




Missions:




• Respond to operational staff requests on all HR topics
• Coordinate all activities related to HR projects;
• Supervise personnel management
• Ensure regular HR reporting and submit it to the human resources department;
• Identify and analyze HR-related risks,
• Ensure operational staff apply HR procedures in accordance with the quality management system;
• Ensure the implementation of HR monitoring tools.
• Explain and ensure operational staff apply all HR procedures;
• Lead company HR projects in accordance with HR strategy;
 






Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree (Bac + 3) in Human Resources Management;
• Good knowledge of labor law;
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the industrial sector
• Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive;
• Good level of French, both spoken and written.
• English is a plus
