Join a major player in the Health sector as a Catering Supervisor. It is in several cities in Morocco that your expertise will be fully realized, within a dynamic structure where quality and well-being are at the heart of concerns. Your role will be essential to guarantee an impeccable culinary experience in line with the highest standards of the sector.
The main goal is to ensure the operational management and superior quality of catering services. This involves leading teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring constant user satisfaction, while respecting the strict standards of the healthcare field.
Your missions will be diverse and strategic:
- Supervise all catering operations, from meal preparation to distribution.
- Manage and coordinate kitchen and service teams, ensuring their motivation and professional development.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards (HACCP), which are particularly critical in a healthcare environment.
- Control the quality of food products and culinary preparations.
- Develop and optimize menus in collaboration with relevant departments, taking into account specific diets.
- Manage stocks, supplies, and optimize costs.
- Liaise with other departments of the facility for smooth coordination.
- Implement and monitor performance indicators to continuously evaluate and improve the service.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required. Higher education in Hospitality, Catering / Hotel Management,
Significant professional experience, a minimum of 5 years. This experience must have been acquired in similar roles, ideally in demanding environments such as healthcare facilities, institutions, or large-scale catering establishments.

- Perfect mastery of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
- Solid knowledge of culinary techniques and the challenges of collective catering.
