Main tasks

Manage and update the scope of vehicle features on projects

Analyze requested features and assess their impacts

Prepare summaries of progress by functional scope

Prepare and present progress materials during steering committee meetings

Identify, analyze, and validate discrepancies between projects

Monitor activity tracking using management tools (tickets, planning, action tracking)

Verify the consistency and quality of functional deliverables

Ensure the delivery of functional models in compliance with the project process

Participate in feature coordination and management meetings

Summarize decisions made and ensure follow-up of associated actions

Keep the repository of interfaces and system exchanges up to date

Monitor quality and progress indicators

Update management dashboards (Advanced Excel - VBA)

Technical skills

Very good command of advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, KPIs)

Good knowledge of VBA / macros

Experience in project steering or coordination

Proficiency in project tracking tools (Excel, Jira, MS Project, Planisware, etc.)

Functional skills

Analytical and synthesis skills

Very good organizational and follow-up skills

Good communication skills (written and oral)

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and parallel projects

Experience

2 to 6 years of experience in a similar role (PMO, Project Coordinator, Functional Project Manager)

Experience in the automotive, embedded systems, or IT sector is a plus
