Job :
• Support processes for IT systems
- Analysis, monitoring, and prospecting of the IT supplier market in coordination with the application department.
- Participation in IT tenders with the application department.
- Definition of user documentation and specifications rules, and implementation.
• IT Projects
- Identification and analysis of business needs in coordination with the application department.
- General definition and design: drafting functional specifications contributing to the specifications and/or the development of the technical bid file in coordination with the application department.
- Initialization, adaptation, configuration, data migration, and IT system integration in coordination with the application department.
- Definition and implementation of functional acceptance testing conditions (environment, users to involve, scenarios, and test plans) in coordination with the application department.
- Organization of functional acceptance testing and anomaly management.
- Organization of skills transfer between the project team and the application and operations department.
- Development of backup procedures in case of solution failure.
- Definition of access rights with the application department.
- Design of training materials (training, tools, guides, evaluation materials, etc.) and contribution to the deployment of the end-user training plan.
• Maintenance in operational condition and IT system security management
- Participation in testing updates or fixes (including non-regression tests) before production release in coordination with the application department.
- Assignment of rights on applications and authorizations in coordination with the application department.
- Regular review of rights.
- User awareness of security issues (backup, viruses, data confidentiality, etc.).
- Identification, analysis, and validation of impacts (organizational and functional).
Required profile :
- Engineering degree or university degree (Master's level - 5 years of higher education) in computer science, project management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of significant experience in AMOA, ideally in the healthcare sector.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Expertise in writing specifications, functional specifications, and conducting user tests, with the ability to summarize user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure, with a strong sense of organization.
- Proficiency in spoken and written French. Knowledge of English is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment, with a strong results-oriented approach.
