As an Executive Assistant, your main goals will revolve around optimizing organization and managing information flow, allowing management to fully focus on the company's strategic challenges. You will aim for excellence in handling administrative tasks, ensuring exemplary precision and rigor. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes by anticipating needs and proposing suitable solutions. The ultimate goal is to become a trusted pillar for management, a driving force in project success, and in maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment.




Your days will be marked by a variety of essential tasks that will ensure the smooth running of management's activities. You will be responsible for the rigorous management of schedules, including planning appointments, coordinating travel, and organizing meetings, while ensuring the optimization of management's time. Preparing files and materials for meetings will also be under your responsibility, requiring a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis. Communication will play a leading role: filtering calls, managing mail, drafting correspondence, and following up on exchanges with internal and external contacts. Overall administrative management, including filing, archiving, and tracking invoices and expense reports, will be a key component of your daily work. You may also be involved in cross-functional projects and carry out relevant information monitoring to support strategic decisions.






Required profile :

To excel in this role, a solid level of education is required. We are looking for someone with at least a Bac +2 (equivalent to a two-year associate degree or higher national diploma). This academic background should ideally be complemented by a recognized specialization in the field of distribution and trade professions, giving you a deep understanding of commercial and logistics processes. This academic foundation will be the basis for your practical skills and your ability to quickly grasp the specifics of our business sector.




Experience is a major asset for success in this position. We want to welcome someone with significant experience ranging from 1 to 3 years. This period should have been dedicated to similar roles, ideally in the IT sector or in an environment where administrative management and support to management are paramount. Initial immersion in the professional world will have allowed you to develop your autonomy, your organizational skills, and your ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of the Moroccan professional landscape is a plus.




Beyond formal qualifications, your transferable skills will make the difference. Perfect mastery of office tools (especially the Office Suite) is essential. Your organizational skills and rigor will be your best allies in efficiently managing multiple tasks. Interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities, both written and oral, are crucial for interacting with various stakeholders. Discretion and confidentiality are values you must embody. You must demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and a strong adaptability to navigate a constantly evolving environment. Good stress management and the ability to work under pressure will also be appreciated.
