With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.<o:p></o:p><o:p></o:p></p>À propos du rôle<p><p data-start="515" data-end="604">Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.</p><p data-start="607" data-end="712">Draft and maintain functional documentation (specifications, user stories, use cases, workflows, etc.).</p><p data-start="715" data-end="801">Contribute to the definition and evolution of the data model and business processes.</p><p data-start="804" data-end="891">Ensure consistency and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p data-start="894" data-end="1009">Support technical teams during development and validate the alignment of delivered solutions with business needs.</p><p data-start="1012" data-end="1094">Actively participate in functional testing, UAT, and validation of deliverables.</p><p data-start="1097" data-end="1170">Contribute to the continuous improvement of analysis methods and tools.</p><p data-start="1173" data-end="1224">Mentor, guide, or coach junior BAs when required.</p></p>À propos de vous<p><p data-start="1262" data-end="1407">Proven experience (5–7 years minimum) as a Business Analyst, ideally in complex environments (data, IT, digital transformation, finance, etc.).</p><p data-start="1410" data-end="1469">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills.</p><p data-start="1472" data-end="1557">Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders.</p><p data-start="1560" data-end="1636">Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and/or Waterfall.</p><p data-start="1639" data-end="1731">Solid understanding of technical concepts (data, information systems, APIs, integrations).</p><p data-start="1734" data-end="1812">Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and effectively prioritize.</p><p data-start="1815" data-end="1871">Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).</p></p>
