As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will:<br>• Lead the development of high-quality proposals for qualified opportunities, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.<br>• Collaborate with deal owners to define winning bid strategies and themes, overseeing the proposal crafting process.<br>• Manage the International Bid Process (IBP), ensuring compliance with associated milestones and governance rules.<br>• Coordinate inputs from bid team members while addressing risks and implementing mitigation actions.<br>• Engage in ad hoc customer presentations and workshops to deliver tailored solutions and insights.<br>• Support the bid qualification process by working closely with key stakeholders, ensuring thorough documentation and communication of strategies.<br>• Initiate and maintain crucial bid deliverables, including comprehensive project plans and dashboards to track progress and actions.<br>• Contribute to the continuous improvement of bid management practices, promoting consistency and excellence in performance.</p></p>About you<p><p >You have a strong background in Business Administration, complemented by expertise in sales, finance, and legal appreciation. With over 10 years of experience in the IT and Telecom industries, you are skilled at leading bid management processes and engaging effectively with customers, leveraging your exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.<br><br><strong>Your professional skills:</strong><br>• Possess a deep understanding of business administration, including finance, commercial practices, and legal requirements.<br>• Exhibit the capability to steer opportunities through the international bid process with a focus on alignment and governance.<br>• Demonstrate leadership in managing and motivating diverse bid teams to achieve high-performance outcomes.<br>• Engage effectively with customers during proposal development to ensure alignment with their needs and expectations.<br><br><strong>Your soft skills:</strong><br>• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, effectively conveying ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders.<br>• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management abilities, building and nurturing productive relationships.<br>• Possess adept presentation skills, effectively showcasing proposals and influencing decision-making.<br>• Show proficiency in issue and problem resolution, navigating challenges with a proactive mindset.</p><p></p></p>
