Job :
As part of strengthening our organization, we are recruiting an Executive Assistant to support the General Management in the daily management of its activities.
Main tasks:
- Manage the management's schedule (meetings, travel, appointments).
- Prepare, organize, and follow up on meetings (invitations, minutes, action tracking).
- Manage correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls).
- Draft and format professional documents (memos, reports, presentations).
- Ensure coordination between management and different departments.
- Manage and file confidential documents.
- Provide daily administrative and organizational support.
Required profile :
- Training in executive assistance, management, or equivalent.
- Experience desired in a similar role.
- Excellent command of French (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
- Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organizational skills, discretion, rigor, and autonomy.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage priorities.
