Key Responsibilities :
- Arrange daily transportation plans and transfers.
- Oversee drivers and assign vehicles.
- Make sure vehicles are safe, clean, and meet service quality.
- Handle relationships with transportation companies.
- Deal with problems during operations and in emergencies
Required profile :
Having 3 to 5 years of work experience in similar jobs is necessary. This experience should have helped you become very skilled in managing logistics and transport operations.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Knowing the logistics and transport industries very well.
- Proven ability to manage teams and lead projects.
- Ability to understand difficult situations and suggest new solutions.
- Good knowledge of computer tools and logistics management software (like TMS, WMS).
- Strong skills in talking to people and making agreements.
- Being careful, organized, and able to handle many tasks at once in a busy place.
