As an HR Officer, your main tasks will be:
Tasks:
- Manage employee contracts;
- Manage personnel files;
- Establish certificates and administrative documents;
- Ensure follow-up of contracts and Stc;
- Manage sick leave files;
- Manage work accidents;
- Manage disciplinary measures and disputes.
Required profile :
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources with experience in personnel administration.
- Dynamic, recognized for your rigor and organization.
- Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and good listening skills.
- Sense of ethics and respect for confidentiality.
