Job :

Join our leading company in the Medical Equipment sector as a dynamic and organized ASSISTANT. Based in CASABLANCA, Sidi Bernoussi industrial zone, this position is a unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our operations and to develop your skills within a passionate team.




The main goal of this position is to provide essential administrative and organizational support, thus ensuring the efficiency of daily processes. It involves facilitating the management of information flow and actively contributing to the smoothness of internal operations.




Your main tasks will include rigorous agenda management, organizing business travel, and preparing meetings. You will also be responsible for processing mail, answering phone calls, and communicating with various internal and external contacts. Managing office supplies, following up on administrative files, You will assist teams in various administrative tasks to optimize their work.





Required profile :

For this role, a Bac +2 level of education is required, ideally completed with a specialization in Executive Assistant / General Services, or in the fields of Management / Accounting / Finance.




Initial professional experience of 1 to 2 years in similar roles is sought to allow you to integrate quickly and bring your know-how.





  • Excellent command of office tools (Pack Office).

  • Very good organizational and priority management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication sense.

  • Discretion and rigor.

  • Autonomy and proactivity.

  • Adaptability and team spirit.

  • Knowledge of basic accounting would be a plus.
