Job :
Organize, plan, and monitor production to achieve defined objectives;
Assure the management of production-related indicators and ensure their continuous improvement;
Comply with the QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) policy and management system requirements;
Seek and propose solutions to constantly improve productivity and other production-related indicators;
Efficient management of production teams;
Ensure a good level of 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in the factory;
Prepare production department audits and implement resulting action plans;
Ensure the achievement of production-related objectives;
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations in the production workshops.
Required profile :
Engineering degree in process engineering or industrial engineering with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or internal promotion after at least 5 years within the company in the supply chain department.
Proficiency in computer tools,
Methodical, organized, and rigorous,
Good listening and analytical skills,
Good interpersonal skills.
