We are recruiting activity management officers for the establishment of our internal center in Morocco. You will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating customer files for technical installations.

As a key link between different departments, you will be in contact with field technicians, customers, and various services. You are the strategic link in the entire chain: production, monitoring, billing, customer satisfaction, and promotion of our brand image.

Under the responsibility of an operations manager, your missions will be:

  Receive telephone calls or written requests from our partners and customers.


• 
  Schedule and transmit work orders to field technicians.


• 
  Process intervention reports from technicians.


• 
  Contact customers, technicians, and suppliers to organize and coordinate interventions.


• 
  Evaluate and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of a Bac +2 (Associate's degree or equivalent).

• Perfect mastery of the French language, both spoken and written.

• Previous experience in FTTH will be a plus.

• Strong sense of rigor and precision.

• Good analytical and synthesis skills.

• Good interpersonal and service skills.

• Professional, dynamic, and results-oriented.

• Good command of computer tools.
