Position overview:
Reporting directly to Sales Manager, our future Sales account representative will be responsible for key account management, new business pursuits, and customer support…
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the central interface between the company and our customer, representing the customer-specific requirements and interests
- Oversee ongoing projects—from pre-series to series production and spare parts—while maintaining direct contact with the OEM
- Take responsibility for the successful execution of acquisition projects
- Independently prepare quotations in collaboration with internal departments and manage contract reviews, quotation follow‑ups, and negotiations
- Handle change management processes, including commercial assessment, negotiation, and implementation of technical product modifications
- Strategically plan and conduct customer relationship management as part of your core responsibilities
- Monitor business performance by identifying deviations, conducting competitive analyses, and gathering customer‑related data for sales and marketing planning
Key skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering or business administration
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales management within an automotive company
- Initial knowledge in product development, manufacturing processes, or quality management for Trim
- Enjoy taking initiative and working independently within a team
- Ability to analyze complex and evolving tasks
- Enjoy building customer relationships and establishing a trustful cooperation basis
- Willingness to travel as required
- Proficiency in both English & German languages, spoken and written
