Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Key Responsibilities Make 100+ outbound calls daily to B2B prospects in tech, SaaS, and service-based sectors Generate qualified leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach Customize messaging based on research and target buyer personas Set up discovery calls for Account Executives with qualified leads Record and track all outreach in CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach and improve performance Continuously test scripts, subject lines, and cadences to improve conversion ????
