This role ensure that all products are defined and modelled correctly and as per established guidelines and guardrails.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="TableText"><span lang="EN-US">The ‘Product Modelling Governance Lead’ works with multiple stakeholders across preoduct marketing to ensure new products and significant product changes are defined and modelled in accordance with the agreed guardrails. This maximises product quality, consistency, and modularity.</span></p>Compliance with product definition & modelling guardrails:-</p></p>•Maintain and enhance product modelling guidelines and guardrails and apply them consistently across all Orange Business Lines (BLs).<br>•Act as a lynchpin between product & marketing, customer journey and IT and help define product & financial hierarchies, attributes, rules, dependencies and pricing logic.<br>•Drive requirement clarification and alignment sessions across entities such as digital journey, managed services, order management and service assurance.</p></p>Engagement and support for stakeholders in product modelling process:-</p>•Engage with product teams at the inception of the product and ensure smooth passage of the product through the product lifecycle management process.<br>•Provide a walkthrough of the process and product definition and product modelling collateral and templates to the product teams.<br>•Work closely with product managers, pricing managers, business & technical modellers, customer journey specialists and other relevant members to ensure alignment between product model and commercial offerings, business requirements & technical capability<br>•Support contributing epic owner and relevant roles to finalise MVP and MMP scope and related feature elaboration & completion.</p></p></p>Qualifications & experience:<br>Education:Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, information technology, engineering, business or related field.</p>Experience:3 – 5 years in telecom product management in roles such as product manager, product modeller, product owner, epic owner and catalogue manager.</p></p>Industry knowledge:</p>Strong understanding of telecom B2B products such as connectivity, cloud, IoT.<br>Experienced in TM Forum framework, particularly SID.<br>Hands-on knowledge and familiarity with SAFe and/or Agile delivery environments.<br>Awareness of sales order process such as lead to cash.<br></p>key skills & competencies<br>•Ability to translate complex product concepts into actionable items.<br>•Excellent communication and stakeholder management.<br>•Attention to detail to ensure product integrity and consistency.<br>•Exceptional co-ordination skills to bring relevant parties to the table.<br>•Knowledge of product lifecycle management process and governance.<br>•Capable of generating consensus amid competing priorities.<br>•Tools: Office 365, Visio, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, catalogue/CPQ platforms.<br></p></p></p></p></p>About you<p></p></p>
