The main goal of this role is to provide efficient and organized administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. It involves becoming a pillar in managing administrative processes and actively contributing to achieving the company's objectives.





As a Junior Administrative Manager, your tasks will be varied and stimulating. You will actively participate in:






  • Managing administrative documents and correspondence.


  • Tracking customer files and orders.


  • Preparing invoices and tracking payments.


  • Organizing appointments and travel.


  • Supporting operational and sales teams.


  • Updating internal databases.



This role is a real opportunity to gain versatile experience.




Required profile :


To excel in this role, a Bac +3 level diploma is required. A specialization in one of the following areas would be a major asset: Sales Administration / After-Sales Service, Management, Accounting, or Finance.





Professional experience of 1 to 3 years is sought. This background will allow you to integrate quickly and take on the responsibilities of the position with ease.






  • Flawless organization and a developed sense of priorities.


  • Excellent command of office tools (Pack Office).


  • Solid written and oral communication skills.


  • An initiative-taking spirit and the ability to work independently.


  • An aptitude for problem-solving and great attention to detail.


  • Proficiency in Arabic and French is essential.
